Roman was very professional and detailed in his work. He was easy to contact and always returned calls, texts and emails right away. He took out my tub and installed a shower and a new toilet. Every day he cleaned up after himself before leaving for the day. He also had a plumber who did some required work mandated by the management company, in my condo. Everything went flawless from the first day of the renovation. Roman finished in a timely fashion and I love my new bathroom.

Roman was awesome! We made a last-minute decision to remove the popcorn ceiling in our new place and were hoping to get it done before move-in. He was easy to contact, totally clear in his assessment/pricing, and actually finished up sooner than we'd anticipated. I have used several contractors in the last fifteen years for repairs and remodeling of my townhouse, and must state that Pacific General Contractor LLC is "Thee Best" contractor I have ever hired. Roman singularly in five days, completely refurbished my thirty five year old kitchen cabinets and installed three beautiful epoxy pearl counter tops and ceramic back splash. He is very meticulous in detail and takes pride in his work. Roman did an outstanding job with the bathroom renovation in our condo. I live in California and it was a challenge trying to find the right contractor for the project. After several calls to various contractors, we chose Roman. He stood out the most by being responsive, and was in constant communication with me by phone. Excellent project management skills! Roman is very detail oriented that you could tell he is dedicated and takes pride in his work. As with any project, you run into some hurdles. Roman assisted us with options to resolving those hurdles, and got it taken care of. He was always on-time, and a skilled professional that shows in his high quality of work.
